Macha Latte


  • 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp.) Matcha
  • 50 ml hot water 80°C
  • 200 ml steamed milk or vanilla soymilk

Matcha Latte


  • Place 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp.) of Matcha into a bowl.
  • Pour 50 ml of hot water into the bowl and whisk with a bamboo whisk.
  • Add 200 ml of steamed milk and serve with sugar or honey.
  • Substitute milk with skim, soy or rice milk if preferred.
